Deposit policy
How deposits work
Flat rate per transfer regardless of vehicle.
Deposits are non-refundable but bookings may be rescheduled once at no additional cost, subject to availability. The deposit is deducted from the total amount; the balance is paid in Japan on the day of the tour.
Peak Season Surcharge
Peak season surcharges are settled on the day of the tour and are not included in the deposit.
